We bear no liability, recognition, or obligation toward any individual or entity inquiring, requesting intervention, or seeking an opinion, except through a written agreement approved by Baseta Law Firm, Eslam Danbel, or an authorized agent.

A formal telephone or written response to queries (once accepted by the firm) shall be governed by the terms of engagement with OLO, Baseta, Islam Danbal, or their authorized agents.

OLO, Baseta, Eslam Danbel, and their authorized agents do not collect any fees or retainers except against an official, stamped receipt issued and approved by the company, signed by the person legally authorized to handle financial collections. No other form of payment acknowledgment shall be recognized.
